Booking Policy

Our venue booking policy has mutual respect and inclusion at its core. We expect you to respect our policies, we enforce them to the letter.

1- You will ensure that adequate security in relation to the current law and order situation will be provided by you and that you will vouch for each and every individual attending your function. You will ensure the security for the immediate area during the time in which the programme is being held.

2- You have obtained written and certified permission from the TPO Jamshed Town which is produced at the time of booking. You will further ensure that police is aware of the nature, timings and duration of the programme. The programme which are to be held within Aza Khana e Zehra premises (inside the gate).

3- Your responsibilities as stated above will be in no way mitigated or absolved in case of any force major situation.

4 -  This undertaking is also applicable to Majalis/Jalsa held outside the premises of Aza Khana e Zehra and or where more than 500 persons are expected to participate.

5- You ensure the ulema booked to speak at your event will respect all mukhadis shakhsiyat and our traditions and not deliver conververstial sermons and/or hate speech. Furthermore you ensure that the ulema will not disrespect beliefs of other communities.

6- Our staff is here to support and facilitate you and your event, in return we expect our staff and volunteers to be treated with respect. Any act of harassment against our staff, volunteers and/or other visitors will not be tolerated.
